A complaint about an item purchased from the LIEBESKIND BERLIN Online Store can be made within 2 years of the date of purchase. The statutory warranty obligation applies. To do this, please send us an e-mail with the relevant invoice number and a meaningful picture of the reason for the complaint.
Complaints about items from stores, retail partners or other online retailers are handled by the respective store or retailer. Our online team cannot help or reimburse costs at this point.
If clarification is not possible, another team will try to help. In this case, an e-mail with a receipt/invoice and a meaningful picture of the reason for the complaint is also necessary and should be sent to: backoffice@liebeskind-berlin.com.
The legal warranty obligation of 2 years from the date of purchase also applies here.
