Extended return period for your Christmas orders 

For all orders placed between 2 December 2025 and 24 December 2025, the return period is 30 days. 

All items purchased in the Liebeskind Berlin online shop can be returned within 14 days.

This is how it works:
Open the returns portal.
Log in with your order number and e-mail address.
Tip: You can also use the link in your dispatch email - you will then be logged in automatically.
Select items
Select the products you wish to return.
However, we cannot provide a returns label. Returns must be made independently and the costs will not be covered by us. Send your items to our warehouse using the carrier of your choice, including your order number and customer details.

Important information
Unannounced returns cannot be allocated. If the goods have already been paid for, we will refund the amount immediately.
The items must be in a condition that is suitable for normal inspection and must be labelled with the original labels. We reserve the right to refuse a return if there are signs of use.
